The Company is driven by Mario Del Grosso, a delivery focused Change Manager specialising in Programme Management, with over 24 years IT experience covering a wide range of IT disciplines.  He ensures a structured, professional and thoughtful approach ensuring that the IT and Business change teams deliver what is expected, when it is expected, to meet predetermined business requirements. 

The ability to understand requirements, work within the governance framework laid out by the client, establish a team to progress at pace, and to deliver the solution to the customers satisfaction, are the primary drivers that are the hallmark of MDG CSL engagements.
